Thai Medical Group 88 Company (or TMG88) was established in 2531 by a group of doctors who were determined to establish a company that could serve as a center for sourcing, purchasing high-quality drugs, medical equipment, and supplies, as well as for providing storage, transportation, and related services for the international standard of patient care. This was done to reduce the burden of work not related to patient care, and to support medical personnel in providing full service. Additionally, it was to facilitate efficient management and help to reduce the overall cost of patient care in the group of eight Mahachai hospitals

In addition to providing supply chain management for the healthcare industry, TMG88 also places great importance on developing and preparing medical personnel with knowledge and skills through Clinical and Non-Clinical training programs conducted by their Simulation Center Training learning center and Mobile Check up Center.

They also offer technical services such as Hospital Information Systems (HIS), app development, engineering services, construction, financial transaction services, and nutritional services to hospitals under the M-Chai group and support businesses related to hospital services. The company has opened a Retail Drug Store as part of its sustainable business growth strategy, in order to provide another channel for consumers to access pharmaceutical products, medicines, and cosmetics
